2Analysis of a submitted notification

Substantive

Useful documentation you can attach to your notification:

  • evidence of having satisfied the claims stemming from executed contracts (e.g. credit facilities, loan agreements, credit card agreements, etc.),
  • evidence of having satisfied the claims stemming from VAT invoices / credit notes issued by a telecom network operator or some other utility provider (e.g. energy),
  • copy of a written order to close an account filed in a Bank,
  • copy of a certificate issued by a Bank confirming the closure of a bank account,
  • copy of a certificate of total repayment of an obligation (stating the agreement number and its date of execution) issued by a Bank or some other financial entity rendering credit or lending services,
  • complaints accepted by a Transferor / Ceding Partner,
  • court rulings or official documents issued by institutions of public trust concerning the completion of a proceeding,
  • any other documents confirming objections related to a complaint.

3Review of a submitted notification

We are always on time!

Up to 21 days

Response deadlines:

  • Notifications are examined without unnecessary delay. A response is given to your notification no later than within 21 days from the date of its receipt,
  • In particularly complicated cases hindering us from examining a notification and responding within 21 days, the response deadline may be extended to 60 days. The Company will notify you of extending the deadline for reviewing your notification while stating the reason for the deferral,
  • At every stage of the proceeding, you may submit an appeal against the response.
